Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. You pay monthly and can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

How do I get started?

Choose your plan, tell Colin about your business and connect the accounts you want to use. Colin will then start creating content for your schedule based on your business, audience and preferences.

Do I have to publish automatically?

No. You can let Colin create and publish your content automatically, or review and edit it before it goes live. You’re always in control.

Can I edit the content Colin creates?

Yes. You can edit the wording, rewrite content, change topics, swap images or upload your own. You can also create content from your own ideas and URLs.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can switch between plans as your content needs change.

Are images included?

Yes. An AI-generated image is included with each social post and blog article, along with one image regeneration. You can also upload your own image.

Which social media platforms do you support?

Colin supports Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X, with content adapted for each connected profile.

Does Colin create blog articles too?

Yes. Blog articles are included with every plan. Where your website supports automatic publishing, Colin can publish them for you. Otherwise, you can access and copy your articles whenever they’re ready.

What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period and you won’t be charged again.

Do you provide performance reports?

Yes. You can see what’s been created, scheduled and published, along with available engagement and performance information.
