Content Colin provides content creation services. The scope, duration, and cost of these services will be agreed upon in writing between Content Colin and the client.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in full before the commencement of services.
- Payment can be made via the provided Stripe link or any other agreed payment method.
- All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide clear and timely feedback to ensure the quality and relevance of the content.
- Supply any necessary materials or information required for the completion of the services.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content created by Content Colin remains the property of Content Colin until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content for the agreed purposes.
6. Revisions and Amendments
- The client is entitled to one round of revisions within 14 days of delivery of the content.
- Additional revisions or changes requested after this period may incur additional charges.
7. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep all information shared during the course of the project confidential.
- Content Colin will not disclose any client information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Content Colin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for those services.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
- In the event of termination, the client will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify clients of any significant changes by posting the new terms on our website.
